Built for narration — local, repeatable, yours. Not a sprawling voice platform.

English plus Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Japanese and Mandarin — Pro reads all seven and detects the language as you type, and can translate a script on-device. Plus ships the 10 English voices. No per-voice fees, no credit packs.
Fix a brand name once with an inline pronunciation override. Mark stress. Set pauses. The script carries the performance — same input, same delivery, every take.
€39 for Plus, €59 for Pro — one time, updates included. No meter counting your characters, no renewal email next month.
A few inline marks turn a flat read into one that sounds intentional — a beat here, a lift there. Paste a script, pick a voice, generate.
If the script matters, it shouldn’t ride to a server.
Agency scripts, brand drafts, unreleased campaigns. Nothing uploads — so the security review is one sentence: it runs locally.
Daily output means endless retakes. There’s no character meter here. Generate all week; the price doesn’t move.
Material that isn’t public yet stays that way. Record the whole curriculum without it touching a third-party server.
Regenerate one paragraph without re-rolling the chapter. Marked-up scripts keep the delivery consistent from part one to part twelve.

Independence isn’t a feature. It’s the business model.
Sold through LemonSqueezy.
Yes. The first launch downloads the voice model — one time, a few hundred MB. After that, turn Wi-Fi off and generate.
No — and not as a policy promise, as an architecture fact. Generation happens on your Mac. We don’t run a server that could see your text.
No. The trial is free for a month. Plus is €39 once; Pro is €59 once. Updates are included — no renewal, no credits.
That’s the job it was built for. Nothing you type or generate leaves your machine, which keeps the compliance conversation short.
Different tools for different jobs. Cloud platforms are built for expressive acting, dubbing, and voice agents at enterprise scale. VoiceQuill is built for narration you own — local, one-time, repeatable. Plenty of people use both.
In the script itself. Inline pronunciation overrides fix names and brands for good, stress marks shape emphasis, and pauses go where you put them. The same script produces the same delivery, every generation.
It’s on the roadmap, and the architecture was built to travel. Mac first, done properly.
Seven: English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazilian), French, Italian, Japanese and Mandarin. Pro detects the script’s language as you type and moves native voices to the top — you can also pin it. One language per script; mixed text follows the dominant one. Plus covers the 10 English voices.
No. Translate uses Apple’s on-device Translation framework. The language pack downloads once from Apple, then it works offline — your script never leaves your Mac.
Apple’s on-device translation is only available on macOS 15 (Sequoia) and later. On macOS 14 everything else works; the Translate button is disabled with a note.
macOS 14 or later, on Apple silicon. macOS 15 is recommended — it’s required for on-device Translate.
In the app: Settings → Deactivate this device, then paste the new key. The app auto-unlocks from your stored key, so deactivating is how you reach the paste screen. It’s the same app either way — no re-download.
Enter your email and we’ll send your trial key — one month, on the house. It runs entirely on your Mac: no account, nothing uploaded.
